The police officer who shot and murdered innocent man Walter Scott in Charleston, South Carolina has had his case declared a mistrial. What does this case of a mistrial mean? It means that the jury was unable to come to a unanimous decision. There was one person who disagreed, and that prevented him from being considered guilty. Now, we will have to wait just as the case gets re-scheduled as there will also be a new jury and new case. Lets fight to make sure this murderer goes to jail!
