Donald Trump has tweeted saying that Chicago may need federal help to stop homicides because the mayor simply can not stop it. The first question is, what does "federal help" even mean? I'm guessing it means federal spending of police and taking away guns and such. This is not the way to go about it. We need programs to incentify people to get working, get jobs, and continue their education. This is how you prevent homicides and violence.
