Merriam-Webster Dictionary DESTROYS Trump For Failure To Correctly Spell BASIC Words As President Trump repeatedly misspelled “hereby” in tweets Friday floating an "investigation" surrounding House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi’s (D-Calif.) 2010 meeting with former Russian President Dmitry Medvedev, which was attended by Russian ambassador to the U.S. Sergey Kislyak. “I hear by demand a second investigation," Trump wrote in the first iteration of the tweet, which disappeared and was replaced with an identical tweet that used “hearby." That tweet also disappeared and was replaced by a third one that correctly spelled the word "hereby."
It’s not the first time that Merriam-Webster has used its Twitter account to needle Trump. During the 2016 presidential campaign, Merriam-Webster mocked Trump’s misspelling of several words by trying to define the non-existent terms. Merriam-Webster Dictionary threw a jab at President Donald Trump Friday after he made two misspellings on tweets he quickly deleted before posting one with the correct spelling.
