Kamala Harris appears to be surging even in polls conducted by republican pollsters Rasmussen and RMG research. In a RMG research poll that recently released, she's up two in the poll with multiple candidates, and tied when head to head. However, that's a 2-point increase from when it was Harris down 2 in the head to head.
Also, Rasmussen polls also have Trump at a lead, but in the past month Kamala has surged up 4 points and counting. So at this point, most of the time the only polls Trump is winning are Twitter polls, which is why he had to resort to posting that on Twitter instead of an actual poll.
