Should we advance Islam (religion in general) in politics in America?

Christians, be careful what you ask the government to do in the name of God.

Political power swings. If we celebrate government advancing our religious worldview, we can't be shocked when someone else uses that same power for theirs. The Founders understood the danger: protect the free exercise of faith while restraining government establishment of religion. Jesus never told His followers to capture Rome. He told them to make disciples. We don't need Caesar to advance Christ. Let Caesar be Caesar. Let Christ be King.
