Republican Aides Trash Matt Gaetz After Investigation Announced

Now that news is out there about the DOJ investigation into Matt Gaetz, some Republican aides say that they personally feel "vindicated" for disliking Gaetz so much. They have told reporters that Gaetz is the "meanest person in politics" and that he is universally disliked behind the scenes. Furthermore, no one trusts him because they view him as an opportunist who just wants to be on TV. Ring of Fire's Farron Cousins discusses this.

As more and more reports come out about Matt Gaetz. We now know that, uh, the investigation might be looking into potentially other women, uh, that he may have been involved with. It's going beyond Matt Gaetz. It now says. And, uh, one of the more interesting things we're finding out as well is that apparently behind the scenes in Congress, Matt Gaetz is despised just as much as he is out here in the real world. According to a new report, a Republican aides, including former members of the Trump white house are now speaking to reporters about how much they despise Matt Gaetz. Here's just a few, just a few, a few of the things they have been telling the press over the last few days, once this investigation was revealed, um, first and foremost, they said they quote, feel a little vindicated in their dislike of him after these new allegations have come out.

Uh, that's according to one former white house staffer who also added quote he's the meanest person in the room politics. Interesting. Uh, here's another one Republican leadership will likely watch him completely implode in a matter of days without having to do a thing. Now that's an interesting one too, because, uh, there's also talk right now that Republicans may just let that happen. Right? Actual leadership within the Republican party, isn't a big fan of man that Gaetz. And if they can just let him keep talking, ruin his own career, fantastic for them, they don't have to actually purge him from the party. They can let him do that himself. Cause they know right here in Florida's first district, uh, it's deep red. So if you lose Matt Gates, you're going to replace him with somebody that's a Republican. Uh, hopefully for the Republicans, they want to get somebody a little more compliant, a little more pliable that they can mold in their own image instead of somebody who molds themselves after Donald Trump.

So it's a win-win for the Republicans really. Um, but here's some more, uh, he's not in the legislative business. He's just out there to blow up and get on TV. Now I think that's the most accurate description of Matt Gates possible. Cause that's exactly what I have been saying here for years, Matt Gates in goal was never about power, never about seeking a higher office. It was about fame and fortune. The dude desperately wanted to get on TV. I mean, he ended up having to build a TV studio in his daddy's house cause he was doing TV so much and he didn't want to go use the little restaurant down the street from, uh, our ring of fire studio because they had a studio as well. He also multiple different times. Uh, they asked if they could use our studio. Luckily we're not necessarily open to the public like that, but yeah, the guy wanted to be on TV all the time.

Uh, here's more, the Congressman is one of those that came to Washington to make an impression for fame and fortune rather than accomplishing anything in Washington for his constituents. And uh, as one of his constituents, I can certainly vouch for that. He has done absolutely nothing for this area and this area is needed him to be, to be quite Frank we've needed a good representative. Uh, you know, just last year we got slammed by hurricane Sally, uh, a bridge that was under construction.
