YouTube Description
as posted by the channelA proposed law in Georgia would eliminate ALL mandatory childhood vaccinations, leaving each family to decide whether or not they get their children immunized. We've already seen what happens in areas where large numbers of people don't get vaccinated (measles outbreaks in California and the Northwest several years ago) and this legislation would leave children vulnerable to potentially deadly and life-altering illnesses that they would otherwise be protected from. Ring of Fire's Farron Cousins discusses this.

If you're in the state of Georgia and you're planning on having children, my advice to you is don't or move out of state to somewhere else, anywhere else at this point, because right now a group of Republican state senators have put forward legislation that would ban end dates for all childhood vaccinations, not just COVID vaccines. Oh, no. Republicans in Georgia have now gone full anti-vaxer and they want to eliminate statewide requirements for all childhood vaccines. That all becomes the determination a parent. And of course, that's the argument they use. The parents should be the ones to make decisions for their children. That's right. The parents who, you know, 99% of them have no medical training at all. Most of them only had biology in high school. Maybe some of them in college had it. And then beyond that never gave a second thought to it other than what they read in the propaganda papers that they peruse.
So, no, they, they should not have these decisions because they are not the most informed when it comes to making those determinations about infectious diseases on things like that. We should probably defer to the experts, but not in Georgia, no in, or the Republicans don't want that. They want parents to be the experts. They have no problem. If we see measles outbreaks, like we saw recently, you know, a couple years ago in California and the Pacific Northwest, remember that folks, we had so many anti-vaxers out there that weren't getting their kids, the MMR shots based on misinformation from a bunch of idiots out there and what happened? Oh, we had massive measles outbreaks. Interesting facts about measles, by the way, did you know that the measles virus actually has the potential to rewrite your immune system and erase and bodies for diseases? You've already had little bit of tidbit of information there about how dangerous measles can be.
And of course, it's not just measles. It's chicken pox as well. Which means if your child gets chicken P it increases the likelihood that as they grow up, they'll develop shingles, getting vaccinated against chicken pox would help prevent that. But all of this is to appease the craziest people in the state. And that's the problem. We have idiots running these states like these Republicans, pandering to people who are even dumber than they are. We have to get the idiots out of our government. And that's no small. I mean, I don't even know if it's possible at this point because watching what this country has become for the last two years, we're just stupid. We're just stupid now. And social media is partly to blame because it's given some of the dumbest people in this country, the loudest microphones possible, and when a stupid person is loud, other stupid people flock to it and that's what's happening. And we're seeing the results of it in Georgia. And we don't need to wait and see what's gonna happen because we've seen it in years past when you have large groups of children that do not get immunized, you have massive outbreaks of diseases that we've had under control for decades, but people listen to the idiots and the idiots, unfortunately, always seem to win.
