Prosecutor That Left NY Investigation Says Trump Committed Multiple Felonies

This is the first time that the resignation letter has been made public, and it raises serious questions about the new Manhattan District Attorney, Alvin Bragg. We learned this week, thanks to a New York Times report, that one of the prosecutors who quit from the Manhattan DA's investigation of Donald Trump and his business and his kids, the resignation letter that Mark Pomerantz actually submitted to the DA's office says that Donald Trump most definitely committed crimes. There is no doubt in this prosecutor's mind, as well as the other prosecutor, Carrie Dunn, who also quit. There's no doubt in their minds, the man committed felonies. Now let me read this. The team that has been investigating Mr. Trump harbor's no doubt about whether he committed crimes. He did. I am convinced that a failure to prosecute will pose much greater risks in terms of public confidence in the fair administration of justice. That is directly from the resignation letter. So Pomerantz, Dunn, both off and they both said, yep, he committed crimes. And we also learned that Cy Vance, the former Manhattan district attorney, who was replaced by Alvin Bragg.

Vance was about like weeks away, they said, weeks away from issuing criminal indictments to Donald Trump. We, we, we were that close, folks. We were this close to actual criminal charges being filed against Donald Trump, possibly even his children, possibly even his business and then Alvin Bragg came along and said, no, let's not do this. The question that still remains to be answered is why? What is up with Alvin Bragg? Why does he not wanna move forward with criminal charges against Donald Trump when everybody else associated with it said, look, we've got him? We finally got the bastard, let's move forward and Bragg comes in, takes over and says, no, we're not doing that. I demand to know why. Is Bragg somehow compromised? Is Bragg just a, a complete chicken? Which one is it? It's one of them. It's one of those. You cannot convince me otherwise. Is the man afraid to take on a high profile, you know, criminal charge? Like obviously would be against a former president of the United States.

Okay. Because if you're afraid of that, get the F out of office right now, because that job is not for the weak. That job is not for the timid. If it's because you're compromised, let's have an investigation and honestly, that's what New York attorney general Letitia James needs to launch immediately. I know she's got her hands full with the civil investigations into Donald Trump, but I think now it's time to launch a separate investigation into Alvin Bragg. Find out what in the hell is going on down there in that Manhattan DA's office. When everybody down there was ready to slap the former president with criminal charges until Alvin Bragg told them they couldn't, said he doesn't believe that they're gonna be able to prove all the things that they've got, all the evidence there that they're saying, we can prove it and Bragg just says, no. No you can't. Investigate that SOB. Find out what the hell is going on because as Pomerantz himself said, if you don't do this, probably gonna destroy the public's faith in the entire criminal justice system.
