Judge Tells Trump To Pay Up For The $110k In Contempt Fines He's Received

A judge has told Donald Trump that he has to pay up for the contempt fines that he's received so far - $110,000 - and said that he'll be willing to end the contempt if Trump can provide all the necessary documents to prove that he actually looked for the documents that the prosecutors are seeking. This week, New York judge Arthur Gerron told Donald Trump and his legal team that he is at the point where he would consider purging Donald Trump's contempt. So long as Donald Trump meets a couple of the conditions that Gerron has set forward. First and foremost, you gotta pay $110,000. You're not getting out of that, right. That's $10,000 a day. But of course it didn't start when New York attorney general Letitia James had wanted it to start. So he is only billing him, I think up through May 6th. So it's only technically 11 days worth of contempt at $10,000 a day. So you gotta pay the court $110,000. That's condition. Number one, condition. Number two, you say this from the judge. You say you've been out there looking for all these documents that, uh, Latitia James wants. You say you can't find him anywhere. So all I'm asking is for you to first sign an affidavit, swearing under oath, that you've looked for these documents.

Second, I want you to provide documentation from you, from your attorney, Alina Haba, from the group, you actually outsourced the searching of the documents to, I want all the documentation showing that these individuals did. In fact, look for the documents. You do those things. Donald I'll purge the contempt, and we just move forward from there. Well, Alina Haba, Donald Trump's lawyer, who is apparently not liked by the rest of the legal team has already told the judge like, Hey judge, I've been to Bedminster in New Jersey. I've been down to Malago. I've been to Trump tower. I've looked in all these places and I can't find them. And of course they did hire an outside company. Like, Hey, y'all come and look, because we can't find anything. Trump had originally signed an affidavit after actually not signing the affidavit, which is part of what led to the contempt that, Hey, yeah, we, we looked for him.

I don't have him. I'm sorry. So my question is this, um, has anybody checked the plumbing? And I only say that because we know according to the people who worked with Donald Trump at the white house, the guy liked to flush documents down the toilet. Occasionally, as they said, he, he would eat them. So, so maybe they're in the plumbing, you know, go check the pipes in, Malago go check the pipes at Trump tower and the Trump organization itself. Maybe you'll find something. I don't imagine that they're, you know, in good enough condition to be able to use. But if the documents we know they existed at one point, but if now they don't. I think the only logical conclusion we can come to is that they were somehow destroyed over the years because Donald Trump, as everybody that has worked with them has said, has this pinch on for destroying documents? He just does it sometimes out of habit sometimes out of necessity. So my

Best guess at this point, and again, this is just a guess, is that the documents can't be found because they no longer exist. So what could happen? Well, if we could get a whistle blower to come forward from the Trump organization saying that they know those documents were real, but they saw Donald Trump tear 'em up. They saw somebody else put 'em in the shredder. That would be something that would be very helpful to this case because otherwise these individuals are gonna sign their affidavits, say we did our due diligence. We can't find them. And the case moves forward without the documents.
