3:58Now PlayingPresident Biden made it clear over the weekend that he does NOT support expanding the Supreme Court following the overturning of Roe v Wade, which leaves Democrats with only one option: Biden must be primaried in 2024. He is refusing to fight as our rights are being stripped away from us by this extremist Supreme Court, and that level of pathetic leadership cannot be allowed to stand. Ring of Fire's Farron Cousins discusses this.

Following Friday's Supreme court decision that effectively ends Roe V. Wade, the white house came out and proudly announced this weekend that president Biden does not in fact support expanding the Supreme court. That was the statement from his press secretary. He of course, had that 36 member bipartisan commission last year to look into expanding the court who came back and said, now we shouldn't do it. So Biden says, Nope, not gonna happen. Even as our rights are being taken away from us, I don't support doing the bare minimum to make sure that doesn't continue to happen.
So what's the point, right? I mean, honestly like this, this is the point where we have to look at the democratic party and say, what good are you sure you're a hell of a lot better than the Republicans I'll give you that. But that's all you've got. That's all you are is not as bad as the Republicans. You are not willing to go out there and fight for us. You're not willing to do the bare minimum, your garbage, your garbage. And that of course is why I think president Biden has to be primaried in 2024. He is a weak and ineffective leader. And if you disagree with me on that, then you are lying to yourselves.
I'm not saying I'm always right about everything, but I want you to look back at the last year and a half of this Biden administration. You tell me one time, they have actually gone to the mat for you. You show me one time they have fulfilled any of those campaign promises. We're still saddled with that student loan debt. We were promised was gonna get paid off. And every time they do announce that, oh yeah, yeah, we're forgiving this amount of debt. You gotta jump through all these hoops and qualify and sure. It's people who already should have had it forgiven. Cuz most of them are people who've been scammed by their colleges. We've expanded domestic, uh, oil drilling. So we're not tackling climate change. So what the hell good is president Biden folks.
I understand we don't wanna hurt the democratic party. We're heading into the midterms. We don't want Republicans to take over because yeah, by every possible measure, Republicans are worse than Democrats and it is better to have Democrats in office than Republicans. I firmly believe that, but that's only because Republicans want to do harm. Democrats don't want to do anything. They don't wanna make things better. They've had the opportunities to do it. And I know expanding the Supreme court is an exceptionally difficult thing to do. I'll give him that. Cuz in order to do that, you're gonna have to abolish the filibuster first and you already have the numbers
Saying that that ain't gonna happen. So you're just given up though. You're you're not actually doing anything. You're not out there trying to fight for it. You're not out there showing us that you actually care. You're just like, mm oh, well this ruling doesn't even affect me anyway. So what do I care? We'll send out some fundraising emails, which of course immediately started coming out. Following that decision. You're weak and you're factless and you need to be primaried. We need a fighter in the white house now more than ever. And I'm sorry folks, but we don't have that with president Biden.
