John Eastman, Donald Trump's infamous COO lawyer. As we like to call him, had his cell phone confiscated by federal agents last week. And this was of course revealed in a court filing by John Eastman this past Monday where Eastman sheepishly asked the court, can I, can I please have my phone back? I, I need my phone. So if you you'd be so kind, they took it from me last week, as I was walking out of a restaurant is what the court filing says. Poor man, can't even finish a meal in peace without having the FBI pay him a visit. So sad for John Eastman. Uh, Eastman's phone was actually seized on the very same day that federal agents, uh, rated the home of Jeffrey Clark. The former Trump DOJ official, who was kind of at the heart of trying to convince the DOJ to, you know, say that the 2020 election was fraudulent.

So Donald Trump could, you know, take it from there. So on the same day, Clark gets rated by the FBI. Eastman also gets a visit and they take his cell phone with him. They had a warrant of course, to do it and much like Jeffrey Clark last week, immediately after this happened or was revealed in the court, filing Eastman, went crying to Tucker Carlson on Fox news because that's what you do when you're a Republican. And you find yourself in legal problems, you go running to Fox news, or, I mean more specifically, you go running to Tucker Carlson, right? That is literally what Matt gates did. The day his scandal was made public, went running, crying to Tucker Carlson and then accidentally implicated Tucker Carlson in the whole scheme. So, yeah, that was, uh, a big no-no Matt gates. Didn't go back on Tucker's show for, I think over a year, but here's the thing, the DOJ for as much crap as I have given them for not actively going after Donald Trump, in spite of this mountain of evidence they have of criminal activity, they are moving forward at a, at a rather rapid pace on this fake elector investigation.

You know, seizing the materials from Jeffrey, Jeffrey Clark, seizing the materials from John Eastman, both men lawyers. This is a big deal. They wanna get their hands on any communications where they may have been talking about the legality of this fake elector scheme, right? Is this something we can pull off? Is this something legally we can pull off? Not just logistically, how do we move forward with this? That is what these investigators are looking for. So going after the lawyers themselves, clearly a big deal. You know, these are not little peons. These are not people who were at the low end of the totem pole here. These were the men that were helping to orchestrate the entire thing. And now the FBI has their communications. That is a giant leap forward. It's not a

Step forward. That is one giant leap for the United States department of justice investigating this fake elector scheme, which of course, as we know, thanks to the January 6th committee was in fact also overseen by Donald Trump. So they may be coming for on this one particular issue. It's gonna take some time, right? These investigations don't happen overnight. We're not gonna end up with, you know, indictments coming down at the end of the week.
