Sidney Powell May Get First Indictment From Georgia Prosecutors

Prosecutors in Fulton County, Georgia have said that they expect the first round of indictments to come down after the midterms by the first week of December. And according to a new report that details the actions of certain people that stole election data, former Trump lawyer Sidney Powell might be the first one to get an indictment. The report says that Powell was the funder and mastermind of the Coffee County plot to steal data - a plot that was caught on video - and prosecutors appear to have all they need to issue charges. According to a new report from the Washington Post, it was in fact Sidney Powell, the former Kraken lawyer for Donald Trump, who sent the group Sullivan Strickler to the Coffee County Georgia Elections Office, where they then copied voting data from the databases and machines that were still stored in that Coffee County Elections Office. Now, you may remember that Coffee County, of course, is the area where we got that surveillance footage that showed the worker there at Coffee County. Unfortunately her name escapes me at the moment, but she let in the people from Sullivan Strickler, there's then interior surveillance footage that showed this woman standing around for hours as the Sullivan Strickler. People copied all the voting data, put it on their hard drives, put it on their flash drives, got all everything they needed, and then they left. And now a new report has in fact confirmed that Sidney Powell was not only the mastermind behind this scheme, but that she also paid Sullivan Strickler a total of what, $26,000 to go into that office and copy all of that data.

Now, the Fulton County prosecutor, uh, DA Fanny Willis has said that their operating in complete and total silence till after the midterms. She made that announcement almost a month ago. You know, you're not gonna hear anything from us. She said, Midterms are coming up. We don't wanna act like we're, you know, interfering with anything. So we're going totally silent, but expect indictments by December, which means that after next week's midterms, we're gonna start seeing indictments most likely. I mean, not on Wednesday of next week, but within the coming weeks, possibly before Thanksgiving, we're gonna see some people indicted. That is basically what they have promised us. And I do believe that the election worker in Coffee County, that woman, she's going to be probably indictment number one. But now with this new information, I think that Sidney Powell might be indictment number two. You have a crime that was committed, right?

These people were not allowed to go in there. These election results had not been verified and certified by the state yet, which is what makes this a crime in Sidney Powell is the one who masterminded the entire thing. Now, what I don't think will happen is I don't think, depending on what they say, I don't think you can indict the people from Sullivan Strickler unless they knew they were breaking the law, right? Cause we were talking about an independent contractor. The people from Sullivan Strickler, they get approached by a lawyer and the lawyer says, Hey, I need to, I wanna hire you guys to go and they copy all of this, you know, voting machine data for a lawsuit we're working on. Okay? Will

Do. They show up at the place. There's no resistance. Nobody saying you can't do it. It's illegal. The election worker lets him in says Hi, How you doing? Where you from? Nice to meet you. Here's our stuff. Have at it. So if Sullivan Strickler didn't know any of this was illegal, then charging them with a crime, I do not believe is fair. They were just hired by a lawyer to gather information for a lawsuit. The people at the elections office let 'em in, told 'em to go at it. So, you know, there's no intent to commit a crime. So I think Sullivan Strickler is gonna get off if they cooperate.
