Here's a question from Kevin Hoffman. Kevin Hoffman asks, should Marjorie Taylor green face charges for her role in January 6th insurrection and can the 14th amendment be applied to her? That was tried and it failed, unfortunately. And, and here's part of the reason for that, um, just to kind of explain it, Marjorie Taylor Green could possibly be viewed depending on how you read her tweets from that day. The star 1776 moment could be viewed as providing, I guess what would be considered moral support for the individuals, uh, at the stop the steal rally, who then later went on to storm the capitol. Or you could view that as her statement being this country has been stolen, cuz the election, even though it wasn't, um, and we gotta take it back just like we had to take our country in 1776. So go to that rally and support President Trump.

It's an ambiguous statement that she made an ambi ambiguity, you know, legally speaking is going to benefit the speaker because you cannot prove beyond a reasonable doubt that that individual intended to mean this. The interpretation of it is up to the individual reading it. So you would not be able to secure necessarily a conviction against Marjorie Taylor Green saying, yes, she definitely supported the insurrection. And then even if you did, then you run into the legal problem of, okay, was January 6th an insurrection or was it a riot? Was it just a bunch of wackos storming the capitol with no, you know, firm set agenda? And I know everybody watching this right now is probably saying, hell yeah, it's a, an insurrection. What are you talking about? Yeah, I get it. Can you prove in court, could you walk into court right now and prove that what happened on January 6th, 2021 was an insurrection? Because if you can, then you are better than any other lawyer in this country.

I believe it was an insurrection. Hell yeah, I do. Can I prove it in court? No, I can't. All I know is what I saw and what I believe and what I felt about what I saw. That's not enough for the court. So in order for it to be considered an insurrection, and this is what I called for before Democrats lost control of the house at the end of the year, I said The Democrats should, should pass a resolution in the house, um, officially recognizing January 6th, 2021 as an insurrection. Make it official, put it on the books, put it in the

Record, then there would be no doubt about it. Then all you would have to do, instead of having to go through the legal process of arguing it wasn't insurrection as opposed to a riot. All you'd have to do is prove whether or not somebody supported it. And that's gonna be a little bit easier once you've already handled that one threshold. But now we don't even have that. So it's difficult to do. Not to mention, like I said, because we are talking about Marjorie Taylor Green here. They tried it, they did go to trial. I mean, so they literally tried it in court and she prevailed. So can she face charges? Can we use the 14th Amendment? Unfortunately, the answer to that is no. They tried, they did a good job. They really, really did. But it simply didn't work.
