Trump Feels ‘Hurt’ That Republicans Are Running Against Him

A source close to Donald Trump has told reporters that the former President feels "hurt" that other Republicans are planning to run against him in 2024. The source also says that Trump has described these Republicans as "very disloyal." Trump clearly feels that he is entitled to the Party's nomination, and therefore the White House, and he doesn't seem to be aware that a lot of Republicans want to move on. Well, last week, Nikki Haley announced that, uh, she's gonna be announcing her run for president this month in February. Well, actually, she didn't announce that those, uh, close to her did, but either way, Donald Trump's gonna have his first real competition for the 2024 Republican nomination. And according to reports, sources who have chosen to remain anonymous have spoken to reporters about how Donald Trump feels hurt. They said he feels hurt that these other people would run against him when they spent the last six years sucking up to him. Now, I'm gonna be honest, like you kind of have a point there. All of these Republicans out there who of course, are considering throwing their hats into the ring, whether it's DeSantis, Nikki Haley, Ted Cruz, Pompeo, all of these people truly did spend the last six years, uh, seven at this point, really sucking up to Donald Trump.

And now suddenly you're like, I'm gonna run against you. I, I, that would be a little hurtful. I'm gonna, I'm gonna say it would be, yeah, I agree with that to a degree, but at the same time, Donald, you are not guaranteed anything. You're not owed anything. You had your chance and you blew it according to these same sources who spoke to reporters. Donald Trump is also repeatedly attacking these individuals as disloyal something that his advisors have told him to please stop doing because it's making you look whiny and weak and it's gonna turn voters off of you. But of course, Donald Trump knows better than anybody else, so he's not gonna take the advice of anyone because he's definitely smarter than everyone. So he's gonna continue to go out there and whine about the fact that he's gonna have some challengers in 2024. And what's gonna happen here is once Nikki Haley officially makes that big grand announcement and says, I am running for president, which it's pretty obvious she's already doing, um, we're gonna see that break.

That's what's gonna happen. Cuz as I said, there's a lot of Republicans waiting in the wings. They want to do it, but nobody wants to be first, right? Everybody wants to jump in the pool, but somebody's gotta do it first to see how cold it is. Well, Nikki Haley's about to do that, and after that, everybody else is gonna start jumping in as well, and Trump is gonna continue to attack them, which honestly is the stupidest thing he can do. The only reason Trump even won the nomination back in 2016 was because we had an overcrowded Republican primary field that split the vote of normal Republicans allowing the fringe weirdos to overcome the uh, uh, primaries and caucuses and put Trump up there. If we have more people running for president on the Republican side this time, the same thing is likely to happen. So Trump should be welcoming all these people into the race because if he only gets one or two challengers, he's screwed. But if he can get about 10 of them, he might just have a shot.
