Vice News may have uncovered yet another disgusting lie from George Santos. According to Vice, Santos once boasted on his campaign website of raising money for organizations helping children suffering from a rare genetic disease. But the disease is so rare that there are only a handful of organizations raising money for the sufferers, and none of them have ever gotten a dime from Santos. Folks, we almost set a record this week of having only one George Santo scandal. Typically, basically, ever since that guy came into Congress, we've had at least two, sometimes three scandals per week. This week, we almost only had one until Vice News reported yesterday that it appears George Santos lied in his professional bio on his campaign website about donating money to charities to help children suffering from a rare genetic skin disorder. The disorder is called Epidermolysis Blossa or eb, and it's so rare that there's only a handful of charities across the globe that actually raise money to get children the care that they need for this condition. And on his campaign website. According to Vice News, George Santo's proudly proclaimed he and his family also engaged in helping children with EB through various nonprofit organizations across the country, supporting children worldwide. They have been proud financiers of organizations that help these children in remote parts of the world where they're denied basic hygiene to care for their wounds.

Sounds like a great story, right? And especially because it's a disease most people have never heard of who's gonna go and check on it. It's the perfect lie, you know you're gonna get away with it cuz nobody even knows what this is. Most people don't even know if it's a real disease or not. You know, if you're reading it, you don't know what it is. So what a perfect lie, right? Well, it is, unless of course people decide to look into it, because again, there's only a handful of charities that raise money for these victims. So Vice News took the time to reach out to him, and it turns out that none of them have ever heard of George Santos, other than of course, what they've seen in the news over the last couple months. So he did not, in fact, according to this investigation from Vice, donate any money or raise any money to any of these charities supporting children with eb.

Another lie from George Santos, and in case you're wondering, I did mention there was already a scandal earlier this week on Monday of this week, it was revealed that Santos campaign filings from 2020 when he ran for office said he gave thousands of dollars to other Republican candidates. Those Republican candidates have said, Nope, we never got a dime from him. So probably lied on a campaign form, which of course is illegal. The lie on the website here about helping these children. That's not illegal. It's just truly disgusting. Using these children who apparently you've never had any contact with, suffering from this rare genetic condition, using them as political pawns to make people think that you're a good, decent kindhearted person.

There is no bottom for George Santos, like there is no depth that is too low for him to sink. And I am still amazed that we have not gone a single week without at least two George Santo's scandals. Like, how much more is out there? How much more do we not know? Because the scandals are not slowing down. They almost did, but then they didn't. So what else do we not know about this little conman now serving in Congress? Of course, as a Republican.
