Trump Arrives For Deposition To Chants Of 'New York Hates You!'

Donald Trump arrived in New York City to sit for another deposition with Attorney General Letitia James on Thursday, and the welcome that he received from the city was anything but warm. Protestors lined the streets chanting "New York hates you" repeatedly, drowning out a small group of Trump supporters that showed up to give the former President a little love. Earlier this week, Donald Trump did an interview with Tucker Carlson where he proudly proclaimed that when he was arraigned last week, the court workers were sobbing. They were crying because they were so upset that the former president was getting prosecuted. Now, fast forward to yesterday, Donald Trump shows up in New York City. He's got his motorcade. He's arriving to do another deposition with New York Attorney General Leticia James, which by the way, that alone is a bad thing. If you get called back for a second deposition, that's never a good sign. But before Donald Trump made it to Letitia James' office, he was greeted to the chance of protestors shouting New York Hates You. Kind of contradicting his statement that everybody loved him and they were so sad that he was being prosecuted. Here is a video of Trump's motorcade rolling down the streets of New York City, greeted with the protestors, telling him how much they all despise him.

Take a look. The only reason I'm even talking about this is because of Donald Trump's claim from earlier in the week on Tucker, that the court employees were crying because they were so sad. Nobody in New York City is sad that Donald Trump got indicted. Now, I mean, I'm sure you could probably find one or two folks, but overall it's pretty Blue city, a blue city that as we see from that video, does not like Donald Trump. I mean, Eric Trump tried to claim that during the arraignment, there were protestors lined up for blocks and blocks down the street. They didn't even fill up the block that the courthouse was on. People did not show up in droves to show their support for Donald Trump. They were not crying in the courtroom. If there were any tears, there were tears of joy. New York hates Donald Trump, and those protestors made that absolutely crystal clear.

But again, that's kind of just the tip of the iceberg on that story, isn't it? Right. The big story is he was in New York to give a second deposition to Letitia James. So that can mean one of several things. One, either they found new evidence that they need to question him about prior to the trial. Two, it could mean that another testimony given to them has contradicted what Donald Trump said, and he needs the chance to clarify his statements. It could mean that somebody else has revealed something that Donald Trump may have already contradicted, and maybe there's a chance Trump is coming in to say something that could implicate a different individual. There may be a couple other possibilities, but those are pretty much the big three as to why he would be called

Back for a second deposition. But either way, the outcome is probably not gonna be great. The fact that he had to go back, definitely not good for him, especially when you're greeted to Chance of New York hates you.
