Biden Back On Top Of Trump In Latest Polls, But Both Remain Unpopular With Public

According to the latest polls, President Biden is once again beating Donald Trump in a hypothetical matchup, which shows that these way-too-early polls will continue to fluctuate over the next year. BUT, there is one part of the poll that is bad news for both major political parties, as both Biden and Trump have approval ratings that are underwater. Well, folks, I've been telling you for weeks and weeks and weeks now that these way too early hypothetical matchup polls between Trump and Biden don't mean anything and they don't. But I'm still gonna talk about one right now because there is something in that poll that means something. But either way, a couple weeks ago, Trump was ahead of Biden by several points, and I said, don't listen to these. Don't worry about 'em. They're gonna flip flop back and forth repeatedly until we actually get to the real election part. And sure enough, the latest round of poll shows that Biden is now back ahead of Donald Trump by four points. That's not the important part. What we need to look for are the trends. And what's happening in this new poll is not that Biden got more popular, it's that Donald Trump actually got less popular cuz Biden's support didn't change.

What happened was that Donald Trump's support dropped so much that Biden is now beating him by four points. And I think we all know based on the last few weeks that Trump has had, what's different now. So yes, the investigations are taking their toll, yes, his more, uh uh, the more visibility he gets is taking a toll on Trump's popularity, which again, everybody predicted the more people see him, the more people hate him, and that's gonna hurt him, and it's gonna hurt the Republican party. But here is the important part of the poll. Both Biden and Trump are extremely unpopular. Neither of them has an approval rating of 50% or more. Here's where that stands. Biden has an approval rating of 42%. Trump has an approval rating of 37%. So our two front runners for the 2024 presidential election are two elderly gentlemen that most people don't like. How have we put ourselves as a country into this stupid situation where it's like, man, I don't like him. God, this guy sucks and well screw it. These, these are my guys. These are my choices. Even a majority of Democrats, by the way, do not want Biden to run. So it's not like these polls are being skewed because Democrats love Biden and Republicans hate him. Same thing with Trump. Republicans loving Democrats hate him. That's not what's happening. We're talking about just two guys who, nobody likes nobody.

Now what do we do? How do we fix this? How do we get the Democrats honestly, to open it up and actually have a real primary to allow some good candidates to jump into this race so that we can actually have a competition? Yes, Biden, I do think, especially when this is all said and done, if he is the nominee and Trump's the nominee on the other side, I think Biden's gonna win. I think that's a pretty easy one, unless

You have a third party spoiler candidate, ruin it. Other than that, I, I don't see Donald Trump getting elected again. I just really don't. But if we're dealing with somebody that's not named Donald Trump on the Republican side, then Biden has some real problems. And we shouldn't bank everything on hoping Biden goes up against Trump. We should have a candidate in there that we are confident of somebody that we know can go out there, throw the punches that need to be thrown, say the things that need to be said, and make the promises that they will keep when they get into office. That's what we own the Democratic side need. We do not have that with Biden. His only hope is that Trump is the nominee beyond that, he cannot win a campaign on his own.
