Trump claimed on social media that she was never his lawyer and he never hired her, but he posted on Twitter on November 14th, 2020 an announcement that he hired her. Well, folks, as we all know, Sidney Powell flipped on Donald Trump last week on Thursday, agreeing to take a plea deal where she will not be serving any prison time and will testify truthfully and honestly and without exercising her fifth Amendment right against any and all co-defendants that she is required to testify against. Now that happened Thursday. Then on Friday, Kenneth Chesbro, another former Trump lawyer, took a similar plea deal and Donald Trump was quiet. He didn't say anything Thursday about Powell, didn't say anything. Friday about Chesbro, didn't say anything. Saturday. And then yesterday, Sunday morning, Donald Trump apparently had had enough and decided to let everybody know that Sidney Powell, she's a great woman, but she was actually never his lawyer. So why is everybody getting all worked up here is what Trump said. Sidney Powell was one of millions and millions of people who thought, and in ever increasing numbers still think correctly, that the 2020 presidential election was rigged in Stalin and our country is being absolutely destroyed because of it.

And without even reaching out to ask the Trump campaign, Ms. Powell was not my attorney and never was. In fact, she, she would've been conflicted. Ms. Powell did a valiant job of representing a verily, a very unfairly treated and governmentally abused general Michael Flynn, but to no avail, yada yada, Michael Flynn. Crap. So there you have it. I mean, Sidney Powell was never his lawyer. So what are you gonna do? Prosecution? Well, I assume you're gonna pull up this tweet from Donald Trump from November 14th of the year, 2020, that simply says, I looked forward to Mayor Giuliani spearheading the legal effort to defend our right to free and fair elections. Rudy Giuliani, Joseph Di, uh, de Genovia Victoria Sing, Sidney Powell and Jenna Ellis, a truly great team added to our other wonderful lawyers and representatives.

Huh? So, I mean, here it is, is the tweet, November 14th of the year, 2020, Donald Trump announced to the world that Sidney Powell was in fact a part of his legal team. But yesterday he says she was never his lawyer, never, ever, ever. Yeah. She just believed the election was stalling. Um, yeah, that tweet is gonna come back to haunt you, bud. 'cause that will be shown in court because you can't make one claim that, Hey, I had never hired her after you've already publicly declared I hired her. But let's assume for a second it's not right.

Okay? Let's assume that the prosecution walks into that courtroom and says, okay, she was never your lawyer. We, we, we believe you. She was never your lawyer. So why were you taking her legal advice? Why was she in those Oval Office meetings? She wasn't your lawyer. She had no right to be there. And if she wasn't your lawyer, then you actually can't make the advice of counsel argument because she wasn't your lawyer.
