According to the police, the man explicitly threatened to kill them, and he could face up to 7 years in prison if he is convicted. In case you weren't already aware of why Donald Trump launches these unhinged and of course, completely false attacks against the prosecutors and judges that are working against him. Let me tell you this, it was revealed this week that last week, a 26-year-old Trump supporter from the state of New York was arrested and is currently being held without bond after sending death threats to both, uh, New York Attorney General Leticia James and Judge Arthur Geron. This man was furious over the prospect at the time of Letitia. James, of course, seizing Donald Trump's properties to satisfy his judgment against him from the New York Fraud Trial. So he sends text messages to both Letitia James and Judge Geron. He includes their home addresses 'cause he found out where they live. And here's what he said in the text messages released by police. I wanna give you Letitia James, a very fair warning that you are not to permanently steal Donald Trump's assets or his properties. Furthermore, you are not to imprison Donald Trump. He said, I will go after you with deadly force. I own a whole wall of deadly weapons. Mark my words, I will kill you. If you even dare to permanently steal Donald Trump's assets or his property, I will kill you. He said, straight up, I will kill you.

This is what Trump wants. This is why he launches the attacks. This is why it was so important this week when Judge Juan Merchant expanded the gag order to protect his own daughter because this is the end result that Donald Trump is looking for. You know what, I take that back 'cause these were just threats. Trump's not just looking for the threats. He wants 'em to follow through on it. In fact, he has even said during interviews that, you know, yeah, these people are outraged. You know, I can't blame 'em for it. He's, he's basically defended these people doing things like this. He is almost condoning it. I think he is tacitly condoning it if you ask me. But this is why he does it. He knows that he has this base of completely detached from reality cult members. And if he attacks people enough, right, if he continues going after them, if he spreads these false claims about them, eventually one of 'em, like this man here is gonna snap and then he is gonna start with the death threats. And luckily this individual was captured. But here's my thing, okay? The guy now faces, uh, 'cause he is, uh, uh, arrested on two counts of making terroristic threats and two counts of second degree aggravated harassment if convicted on all counts, he faces seven

Years in prison. Wonderful. I don't think this individual should just go to prison though. Like that's, that's not the outcome I want here. I don't want this guy to go through a trial, get convicted, and then just go and sit in prison for seven years. That's not gonna help him. That's not gonna change him. This individual needs psychiatric help. Okay? That's where the justice system, the prison industrial complex fails so many people because there's something wrong with this guy. Yes, what he did was illegal and he should be punished for that a hundred percent. But we have to get to the root of why he did this. Like why are you standing up for this man who wouldn't even on you if you were on fire? Why, what broke inside your brain to make you do this? That is the answer we need and that is the problem with this individual that needs to be fixed. But I don't think our justice system's gonna do that.
