Judge Sets Hearing From Trump's Gag Order Violations

Donald Trump is going to have to face the music (finally) for his repeated violations of the gag order placed upon him by Judge Juan Merchan. Following a request for punishment from the prosecutors, Merchan has now set an April 23rd date for a hearing on Trump's alleged violations, which have continued into this week with a recent attack on the potential jurors. Donald Trump is finally going to be facing the music for violating repeatedly the gag order placed upon him by Judge Juan Han. In the ongoing criminal trial, the judge has now set an April 23rd, which is next Tuesday, date for a hearing based on a motion filed by prosecutors alleging that Donald Trump did in fact violate the gag order. And the funniest part is, even after they filed this motion, and even after, the judge granted the April 23rd date for the hearing, Trump continued to violate the gag order. By this time literally attacking potential members of the jury. Now, Trump's not allowed to address anybody in the jury or attack them, uh, in the world. Same thing with anybody that works in the courtroom, with the exception of the judge and the prosecutors. And he is also not allowed to go after the judge or prosecutors' family members.

So everybody in that courtroom, with the exception of the prosecutors and the judge totally off limits, including their family trees. Well, since that gag order came out and of course was expanded, Donald Trump has still repeatedly attacked the judge's daughter. He has attacked the judge's wife. He has attacked the witnesses, uh, Michael Cohen, mark Pomerance and Stormy Daniels, as well as I think Karen McDougall as well. Then on Wednesday, he posted on Truth Social, an attack from Fox News host Jesse Waters that said, quote, they're catching undercover liberal activist lying to the judge in order to get on the Trump jury, which is 100% completely false. But Trump put that out there, even though Jesse Waters said it, Trump copied it, pasted it, put it out there on truth social. So it doesn't matter who says these things, because by the way, a lot of the attacks that he has had since the expanded gag order on the judge's wife and daughter have been from other sources.

He's just posting the articles. He's posting what other people are saying. That doesn't matter if you do that, that counts. Um, and of course, legal experts have already chimed in on his attack on the jury, and they've said 100% without question. This violates the gag order, but it may go even further than that. It's not just that there is a gag order in place. You can't attack the jury if you're attacking potential jurors. That's a separate thing, right? That's intimidation and that's tampering, and those are felonies. You can't do that. So this hearing coming up on Tuesday may be much worse than just he violated the gag order pay, make him pay $3,000 because that's what the prosecutors are seeking. Now, they could have sought jail time, hold him in contempt, hold him overnight, but no, they said, eh, all these violations, three grand, which is a pathetic amount of money for somebody like Donald Trump. It's not gonna stop him at all. It's just gonna give him something new to rant and rave about, like a lunatic on

True truth social. So hopefully the judge takes it a step further than just saying, gimme three grand. And hopefully the judge says, I'm gonna put you for a couple nights in, uh, little county lockup here, not just because you attacked my daughter, my wife, the witnesses, but because of this potential jury tampering, which is of course unforgivable, you need to pay the price. The judge has the authority to do it, but let's see if he has the courage to do it.
