Kari Lake Gets Smacked Down By Supreme Court As Her Voting Machine Challenge Dies

Kari Lake suffered another humiliating legal defeat this week, and this might actually be the last one she can suffer. The US Supreme Court dismissed an appeal by Lake to get rid of electronic voting machines in Arizona after the lower courts had ruled that she didn't provide any evidence to back up her claims. This is similar to the dismissal of all of the election challenge lawsuits that she had filed in Arizona, and now Lake has nowhere else to go with her case. Failed Arizona gubernatorial candidate and current Arizona Senate candidate Kerry Lake suffered yet another humiliating blow at the hands of the United States Judicial System this week. And this blow, unlike any other she has ever suffered, was about as bad as it gets because it came from the United States Supreme Court itself, which means Kari Lake is now out of options. So here's what happened. Ka Lake long time ago had filed a lawsuit along with Mark Finchem, a former Arizona State representative who also lost his election the same time Kerry Lake did. So they filed a lawsuit against the state of Arizona saying, Hey, Arizona, you can't use voting machines anymore because they're too easily hackable. Now, two lower courts had told her, you guys don't actually have any damages. So you have no standing to even sue like you claim. These machines are hackable. But in order to be able to file a lawsuit anywhere in the United States, you have to have a damage.

And you're talking about something that may happen in the future, but you, that's, you don't have, you can't sue, like, done, we're outta here. And then of course, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals took it up because Ka Lake appealed it. But what's interesting, before I tell you how the Ninth Circuit ruled, the people she sued in Arizona didn't even bother filing any responses. They knew this lawsuit was so dumb and so bad that they did, like they, they all waived their right to respond because the lawsuit was so bad. They're just like, we don't even need to say anything. Let her do her stupid stuff and she'll lose. And she did. So the ninth Circuit told her this, uh, they said, the pro precise nature of your claim is not clear. And, uh, you cite opinions by purported experts on manipulation risk. Uh, but you did not contend that any electronic tabulation machine in Arizona has ever been hacked.

And then Kerry Lake's lawyers conceded that their arguments were limited to potential future hacking and not based on any past harm. So even the lawyers were like, well, yeah, I mean, we don't have an argument. The argument is that maybe one day this could happen, right? So we, we don't, we don't want it to happen in the future, even though we don't think it'll happen in the future. But it could happen in the future, even though it hasn't happened in the past. And this week, after losing at the ninth Circuit for basically not having any legal argument, the Supreme Court also said, we're not gonna do this. Case dismissed lower court's ruling stands. You know what's funny? Kerry Lake has filed lots of lawsuits. She has been to court more times than most people in this country

Will ever even drive past a court. And there has not been a single time where I have done a segment after a Ka Lake court appearance. And I've said, Kari Lake won. Not once. Like, that's literally never happened. She is a serial loser. Okay? She lost her gubernatorial bid in 2022, and ever since then, she has literally done nothing but lose folks. We are talking about one of the biggest losers, no matter how you slice it in American politics today, that is what Kari Lake is.
