According to new reports, Donald Trump made a special trip from his New Jersey golf club down to Mar-a-Lago shortly before the FBI executed their search warrant in order to check on his classified documents that were hidden in Florida. This special trip was investigated by Jack Smith, according to the newly released documents in the case. A new report came out this week that has revealed that Donald Trump made a special top secret visit to Mar-a-Lago, a month before the FBI showed up to execute their search warrant. And according to those people close to Donald Trump, who actually spoke to special prosecutor Jack Smith during the investigation, they believed that Donald Trump was there to quote, check on the boxes. In other words, they think Trump went there to make sure his classified documents were all still neatly tucked away, and more importantly, hidden from his own lawyers so that they couldn't return them to the federal government where they belong. Now, this trip took place between July 10th and July 12th of the year 2022. Again, about a month before the FBI showed up knocking on Mar-a-Lago s door. And this trip was kept super secret, which is what's so weird about it. There are text messages from Walt Nada to Carlos d Olivier, both who have been indicted along with Donald Trump, where Nada told Olivier, Hey, Trump's coming in.

And then he did a bunch of like hush emojis in the text, like, don't tell anybody, but he's coming in to do some things. So it would make sense that this was Donald Trump coming in. 'cause he knew at the time his lawyers were looking for documents, they'd already changed the lock on that basement door so that they couldn't get in there and get those documents. So it would make sense for this to be a trip that Trump made to make sure his lawyers didn't uncover all of the documents that he had lied to them about, and of course, lied to the federal government about. So that's kind of where we are with the story. I, I mean, look, one witness said they were keeping this one quiet. Nobody knew about this trip. Walt Nada, who traveled with Trump on his trip to Anchorage, Alaska for a rally right before he flew back down to Florida, uh, sent a number of text messages to close staff members indicating that the Florida visit was to be kept quiet according to sources familiar with the contents of the messages.

I'm pretty sure Trump wants minimal people around. On Monday, nada texted one longtime Trump employee just one day before Trump arrived in Florida. Olivier, by the way, also told investigators like, I didn't know anything about this trip. I didn't, I mean, did he come there? I don't know. But the text messages, of course, show that he was specifically told by NADA that this is happening. So the whole thing, the big takeaway from this is, yes, Donald Trump knew that he was hiding documents that much is obvious. He knew that he lied to his own lawyers about the documents. That much is obvious. But what I take away from this is that if this case had been put before any other judge in this country, not named Eileen Cannon, we would've already had the trial. We would've already had a conviction and a sentencing. That's how long ago all of this would've happened. This is the most out of all of Trump's indictments, the most cut and dry. You lied about having the documents. You took them illegally in the first place. We caught your red-handed with the documents, some of them literally stacked up next to your frigging toilet. You did it. There's no excuse for you doing it. You lied to the federal government about doing it. You're on tape bragging about the stuff that was in those classified documents. So you shared it with people.
