Lara Trump, the daughter-in-law of the former President and current co-chair of the RNC, has released a new song and music video and the public is wishing that they could all lose their hearing. The singing is bad enough, but when you listen to the actual lyrics, it makes you wonder what is actually going on behind the scenes at the Republican Party. I already did my apologizing, so if you sat through that, I already did it, I'm not gonna do it again. That was your choice at that point. But that is the horrific new song titled Hero by Laura Trump. Again, the co-chair of the Republican National Committee released this music video in single on Monday, labor Day. Um, and the song is supposed to be about, uh, firefighters, police officers, first responders. It does have one lyric that says, uh, you climb up the ladder and the screams get louder. You're my hero. So I mean, the intention is, is good. I'll, I'll give her credit for that. The intention is good. The singing is not, um, this is not the first song that Laura Trump has released. It is, I believe her second. Her first one, believe it or not, was actually better than that. Um, still awful, but not as bad as that.

I mean, who would've thought that Kid Rock would be the most talented mu musician on the right? But the folks on Twitter had an absolute field day with us. Let me read you some of these responses. Uh, this is from anti-Trump strategist Rick Wilson, who said, I just heard, uh, something that sounded like a wild hog and a sack of rusty cans being thrown into an industrial wood chipper. Oh wait, it was Laura Trump's new song. Tony PKI on Twitter wrote, I just played Laura Trump's garbage. And both my dogs ran in and begged me to shoot off fireworks. Instead, former intelligence officer Travis Akers, said, quote, if your ears have been exposed to the abominable sounds of Laura Trump's singing, you might be entitled to compensation. And then the Veterans for Responsible Leadership Advocacy Group said this pretty brave of Laura Trump to release a music video when she can't sing.

That's only normal if you're a nepo. RNC chairwoman. The song is bad. I mean, let's not, uh, uh, mince words there. It's bad. Her singing is bad and she should feel bad about it. But here's the bigger problem. We are smack dab in the middle of a presidential campaign. And the RNC, which is effectively the Republican party, I don't know if you know this, they have a candidate in this year's presidential election. They do. Yeah. And that candidate is not doing well. So you would think if you are running the party where your candidate's campaign is going down the toilet, you're gonna focus a hundred percent of your efforts on trying to right the wrongs of the campaign, right? I mean, that's what a normal person with even just a few functioning brain cells, that's what you would do. You would look at your candidate, how badly they're doing, how badly your vice presidential candidate is doing, and you would say, you know what?

I'm gonna put the microphone down. I'm not gonna go film a music video in the middle of this campaign that we're losing. And I'm gonna start worrying about, you know, retaining the house, winning the Senate. And of course, most importantly, winning back the White House.
