Confused Alina Habba Thinks Judges Aren’t Allowed To Disagree With Trump

A very confused Alina Habba said that it was “unthinkable” that a judge could overrule Donald Trump’s executive orders. During an appearance on Fox News this week, the alleged lawyer claimed that Trump has the authority to basically do whatever he wants via executive order, specifically with regards to invoking the Alien Enemies Act, and said that judges shouldn’t even be allowed to disagree with him. The drama continues to unfold with Judge James Berg's, uh, ruling this past weekend immediately halting, all deportations by the Trump administration using the Alien Enemies Act. But of course, they have openly mocked that ruling and openly defied it, and they're basically telling us they're gonna keep defying it. So we need the lawyers to speak up, right? What do the lawyers say? Well, most normal lawyers, including a lot of right wing lawyers, are telling the administration this is blatantly illegal, and it's a very stupid and bad move. But there is one alleged lawyer out there in the country that thinks that, hey, not only is what the administration doing right, but the judge has no right to go against Donald Trump. And you guessed it folks that so-called lawyer is none other than White House counsel. Alina Haba. Alina went on Fox News this week where she was angry that this judge did the unthinkable, as she put it, by disagreeing with Donald Trump, something that she claims he doesn't even have the authority to do, even though judges literally have the authority to do that. But here is what Alina Habbas said under Article two, the president is allowed to do this. Number one, no, these are gang members. These are members that President Trump has delegated and said are terrorist organizations. And what we've done is remove these individuals from our states. So then to have a federal judge come in and say, Hey, I don't agree with the President of the United States with an executive order. It's just, it's, it's unthinkable and it's ridiculous.

A lady who allegedly went to law school allegedly passed the bar, lost every case she ever tried for Donald Trump, by the way, thinks it's unthinkable and ridiculous that a judge could rule against Donald Trump. What gives him the right to do that? I don't know, maybe the US Constitution. In fact, the federal government as part of a learning guide provided by the Gov Government publishing office. So learning guide kind of means like, Hey, here's US Constitution for Kids. But it says this. The executive branch can declare executive orders, which are like proclamations that carry the force of law, but the judicial branch can declare those acts unconstitutional. That's BA again, basically government for kids. And Alina Haba doesn't know it. Maybe she needs to go to her local, Barnes and Noble and pick up the Government for Dummies book or US Constitution for Dummies because she seems to be a bit of a dummy, not understanding or at least thinking that it's unthinkable

That a judge could overrule an executive order. We have a system of checks and balances, at least for now until Donald Trump destroys that too. But for now, it's in place. And Alina Hobbit doesn't get that. She doesn't genuinely seem to understand it. I know it's your job to go out there and defend this administration, but you can defend them in an intelligent way. You are making the choice to not do that. You're making choices so bad that it's led me for years now to question whether or not you even passed the bar, whether or not you even showed up for class in law school, because you seem to know so very little about both law and just the constitution in general. But this is the person giving Donald Trump legal advice. So it's really not that surprising that he thinks he can defy a court order. When you have people like Alina Haba telling him that it's totally okay to do that.
