This week it was revealed that the Trump administration has sent out, uh, what I guess you would call questionnaires to foreign countries, you know, world leaders telling them to submit to us the White House in writing, uh, what you want out of a trade deal. You know, tell us what you need. Tell us what you want from us. Tell us what you are willing to do for us. In other words, begging them for the love of God. Now a questionnaire like that, which again was reported earlier this week, the White House could kind of dismiss it, right? Like, oh no, it's, it's not this. But no, Caroline Levitt went out there during a press briefing this week and actually admitted that, yeah, uh, we're kind of stumped for a trade deal and, uh, we, we really, really need these people to get back with us about what they want so we can do something. Here's what she said. She confirmed the merits and the content of the letter, and she said, we, we sent this letter to all of our trading partners just to give them a friendly reminder that, that the deadlines coming up.

Just give 'em a friendly reminder like, Hey, we got a deadline. Except that the deadline you gave them in the letter was actually yesterday, okay? Not, not after the whole 90 days had passed it, it was yesterday. June 4th was the deadline you gave them to submit their offers, even though they have until the end of the month. So that's that, that, that's not exactly a friendly reminder that's begging them. Give us something right now because we need to give something to the public because this guy is falling flat on his face. That's what Caroline Levitt meant. Obviously, she can't say that, but let's be real here. This administration has told us repeatedly we've got deals, right? We're this close. We're probably gonna announce 'em, you know, at the end of this week, or, you know, at the end of two weeks. And they have been telling us that for eight to 12 weeks, oh, in two weeks we're gonna make big two weeks in two more weeks.

Well, all of those two week periods have passed now. In fact, I think today we're actually hitting the end of another two week period where two weeks ago they said, we will have deals for you. And they literally have nothing. Not a thing, to the point where they're begging other countries tell us what to say, tell us what to do. We don't know what's going on. We started a trade war and we don't know how to fix it because you're all morons. You started a trade war that didn't need to start to begin with. You've changed your demands, you've changed the terms of it more than 55 times at this point. You announced new tariffs earlier

This week for no frigging reason whatsoever. You don't know what you're doing. And that's bad enough for the administration. It's horrific for the American public. They're now admitting they don't have any deals. They didn't actually work out a deal with, uh, uh, England. That's not a real thing, you know, all they agreed to was that they would start talking. And it's the same with China. They didn't actually have a deal with China. China admitted like, we haven't made any concessions. They literally said that We have made no concessions. There are no deals, folks. There never will be deals. This is what we're left with. A trade war with no end and an entire planet that doesn't want to deal with Donald Trump.
