He has removed thousands of tweets in an apparent effort to hide his history of despicable and inflammatory rhetoric. Among the social media posts which were deleted, Carl calls Democrats “evil” and the “treason party.” He claimed January 6th insurrections had it worse than a black man on trial for the assault of a white man in 1930s rural Mississippi. Claimed the head of the teachers union should be executed. He promoted the racist great replacement theory. And indicated George Floyd was a violent felon looking up from hell.

He wrote “there is no peaceful coexistence we are going to have when our opposition is led by people like this.”

This of course, is not the first Trump nominee to have a despicable history with social media. The current undersecretary of State for Public Diplomacy, Darren Beattie, declared that “competent white men must be in charge if you want things to work.” He also wrote “Unfortunately, our entire national ideology is predicated on coddling the feelings of women and minorities, and demoralizing competent white men.”

There’s also EJ Antoni the MAGA rioter Trump tapped to replace the head of the Bureau of Labor Statistics who said that Kamala Harris couldn’t run for office on her knees. The list goes on and on as this administration continues to gather up the most heinous, racist and sexist individuals to fill high level positions in the government. It can be no surprise that it has resulted in failure and incompetency, where the only requirement for admission is loyalty to Trump.
