SHOCKING Portland Footage Shows ICE Going TOO FAR

Across cities like Portland and beyond, peaceful protesters standing up for human rights, civil rights, Native rights, and constitutional protections were met with heavily armed federal agents, tear gas, “less-lethal” rounds, and mass arrests — and many were later charged with serious crimes including assault and even “domestic terrorism.” According to court records and reporting, judges and juries have increasingly rejected those charges, finding that protesters’ rights were violated or that the evidence didn’t support the claims — including cases where unarmed people were shot, a woman was injured and later cleared, a tow-truck driver was acquitted, and even the now-famous trial of the man accused of throwing a sandwich. This isn’t about whether protests should be peaceful (they were) — it’s about the use of force, the attempt to recast dissent as terrorism, and the fact that the Constitution still protects the right to protest, even when the government doesn’t like the message.
