Kathryn Dixon is a seasoned Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over thirty years of experience in the field. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work with a minor in Justice Studies from the University of New Hampshire and a Master’s degree in Social Work with a concentration in social policy and administration from Fordham University. Kathryn has worked extensively in various settings including county and state government, and non-profit and for-profit organizations across New Jersey and New York. In 2007, she founded Interstate FACTS, LLC, a social work agency.

Her career is marked by a strong commitment to social justice and equality, particularly in forensic social work. Kathryn has provided services to court-involved individuals throughout her career and has served as an appointee on the New Jersey anti-bullying task force by Governor Murphy. Additionally, she is an adjunct professor and field advisor at Seton Hall University.

Active in the National Association of Social Workers, Kathryn is part of the NASW Political Action Campaign Endorsement committee and is an elected representative from New Jersey to the national NASW Delegate Assembly. She is also the co-chair of the GLSEN Northern New Jersey chapter, focusing on promoting safe and inclusive environments for LGBTQ and all youth. Her contributions to social work and advocacy were recently recognized as she was selected to be featured in Top 100 Innovators and Entrepreneurs Magazine.
