VanDerStok v. Garland case is an FPC Lawsuit Challenging the ATF's "Frame or Receiver" Rule. It is currently before the Supreme Court on its merits. Oral arguments are scheduled for 10/08/2024. The ATF submitted their reply brief before those arguments. This would normally not be something of note, except for the ATF just lied, in writing, about what an unfinished receiver is. The antigun activists in their rabid pursuit of fictitious ghost guns has blatantly mischaracterized these devices into something they are not, in an effort to disrupt second amendment protected conduct.They have kept this lie up today in those oral arguments.
