9:15Now PlayingOfficials are investigating a police shooting that left a Black 16-year-old dead in Columbus, Ohio, just hours after the verdict was announced in the Derek Chauvin trial. Ma'Khia Bryant was shot and killed by police after reportedly calling the police for help because people were fighting outside of her home. Columbus Mayor Andrew Ginther held a press conference. He said the city will investigate the officer's behaviors and "hold him accountable" if he was wrong. He said in a spirit of transparency, the police have released body-camera footage and they are working with community and faith leaders. Video from the police cruiser is set to be released by the end of day Wednesday.
