Governor Phil Murphy, State Police Superintendent Colonel Pat Callahan and Cumberland County Prosecutor Jennifer Webb-McRae speak at a press conference to update the public on the shooting.
McRae says the suspect who was arrested is 36-year-old Kevin Dawkins of Bridgeton. The two victims, also from Bridgeton, were identified as 30-year-old Kevin Elliot and 25-year-old Asia Hester.
