BNC Legal Expert Candace Kelley joins "Start Your Day" with Sharon Reed and Mike Hill to discuss the videos. She says there are more than two hours of video evidence.
Citing that police did not release the footage or make the truth public years ago, Kelley says she is certain charges will be brought against the officers involved.
