Biden spoke about wanting to close the racial wealth gap, which Blows says was a good move, but that the president hasn’t gone far enough to address issues from Black Americans, such as voting rights.
“What we need is national legislation to protect Black voters and other voters. Period,” Blow says. “We need Biden to do more and to do better.”
