9:39Now PlayingYodit Tewolde sits down with BNC legal contributor Paul Henderson on a Pennsylvania Supreme Court overturning the sexual assault conviction of Bill Cosby.
“This was an issue decided on legal procedures and had nothing to do with the guilt or innocence,” Henderson says. “This isn’t diminishing the rights of victims; this is more about the legal process and due process that are afforded folks that are engaged in the criminal process.”
Henderson says that he thinks the previous prosecutor made a deal with Cosby not to charge him in a criminal case, is “to be more accountable to the victims that had pending lawsuits.”
All this and more on “Making the Case.”
