Six Black farmers who used to work for Pitts Farm Partnership say their former employer paid white workers from South Africa more to do the same type of work they were doing. The Mississippi Center for Justice and Southern Migrant Legal Services have recently filed a federal lawsuit on their behalf.
Ty Pinkins, lawyer for the Mississippi Center for Justice, joins Marc Lamont Hill on “Black News Tonight” to discuss the lawsuit.
