Trigger Warning: Graphic Video

There is a horrific video that went viral last year that showed Philadelphia police smashing in the windows of a woman's car, dragging her to the ground and beating her while her baby was in the backseat.

The city has agreed to pay $2 million to Rickia Young, a 27-year-old Black woman, who was ripped from her car and beaten by police officers last October.

Thomas Fitzpatrick, Young’s attorney, joins Yodit Tewolde on “Making the Case” to discuss the case and the settlement.

All this and more on “Making the Case.”
