Martinez was able to speak to those in attendance about their views on justice. One lady there spoke on how she believed Aaliyah would rise from her grave to stop Kelly.
Aaliyah Haughton’s relationship with the singer drew much contention, as she was only 15 when Kelly paid a court clerk to change the date on her birth certificate so the singer could marry the underaged young woman.
