Dayton police say officers stopped Clifford Owensby because he was seen leaving a suspected drug house and because of his history with drugs and weapons. Owensby was charged with obstructing official business and resisting arrest. Attorney Andrew Lieb joins “BNC Live” with Tashanea Whitlow to discuss the legality of the stop and the actions of the officers involved.
