2:11Now PlayingIn the trending legal stories, former Minnesota police officer Mohamed Noor has been re-sentenced to 57 months in prison, for the 2017 shooting death of a woman who called 911 for help.
Noor was originally sentenced to 12 1/2 half years, but a judge recently downgraded his murder conviction to second-degree manslaughter.
In Pennsylvania, prosecutors say charges are not likely for the train passengers who did not intervene and filmed a sexual assault. Thirty-five-year-old Fiston Ngoy is charged with rape and other sexual assault charges following the Oct. 13 incident.
