The country will soon see one of the largest investments towards improving roads, bridges and broadband. Billions of dollars will start rolling into states across the country to address the aging infrastructure systems and get some much-needed improvements.
The infrastructure bill includes a provision that enables the Minority Business Development Agency to partner with HBCUs to establish business centers that support minority-owned small businesses in rural areas.
