President Joe Biden’s “once in a generation American investment” will spend heavily on transportation, utilities, construction and broadband services. It will create an estimated 11 million jobs over the next decade.
While the bill’s investments are primarily aimed at renovating and upgrading hard infrastructure like roads and bridges, there is hope that the investments will also spur economic prosperity.
