The lawsuit stated Jay-Z failed to properly promote the cologne, but the jury ruled in favor of him, allowing the superstar to avoid $67 million in requested damages.
In a statement to Billboard, Jay-Z said: “I’d like to express my gratitude to the jury, especially during these difficult times.”
