BNC correspondents continue to provide updates in the trial of the three white men accused of killing Arbery in Brunswick, Georgia in February 2020. Arbery was jogging through a majority white community when he was allegedly recognized by one of the suspects as one of the individuals seen on English’s property. In turn, they chased him down and ultimately killed him. English, who testified on Thursday during day five of the trial, says Arbery never stole or damaged anything on his property. He also says he never asked either of the suspects to confront the victim.
