3:10Now PlayingThe jury is about to enter deliberations in the trial for the three white men who chased, cornered and killed Ahmaud Arbery while he was jogging in Brunswick, Georgia in February of 2020.
The prosecution has already made a final plea to the jury to carry out justice for Arbery, who was deemed defenseless against the three suspects.
If it weren’t for Travis and Gregory McMichael, as well as William “Roddie” Bryan, prosecutors say Arbery would still be alive today. Even though Travis ultimately pulled the trigger, it is as if all men held the gun, they say.
It is now up to a jury of 11 white men and women and one Black man to find the defendants guilty. “DC Today” host Del Walters is joined by BNC correspondent Dray Clark, who is live outside the Brunswick courthouse.
