8:03Now PlayingThe jury is set to continue deliberations in the trial for the three white men accused of killing Black jogger Ahmaud Arbery.
They deliberated for about six hours yesterday before leaving court for the night. Judge Timothy Walmsley spent 50 minutes giving the jurors their instructions. "Whatever your verdict is, it must be unanimous," Walmsley said. "That is, agreed by all as to each count of the indictment and as to each defendant. Each verdict must be in writing and signed by one of your members as foreperson, dated and returned to be published in open court."
