In a trailer for BNC’s “HBCU Road Trip” series, Dr. Wayne A.I. Frederick, the president of Howard, says it’s a place where students go to get knowledge, as well as the highest level of excellence. It’s also called a capstone, he says, located on one of the highest points in D.C. Simply put, it’s a shining light on the Hill, a place that has influenced the world in so many ways.
