“BNC Live” host Tashanea Whitlow is joined by BNC correspondent Jenyne Donaldson, who says Harris and Buttigieg are at the Charlotte Transit Bus Garage to take a look at the electric vehicles. Governor Roy Cooper and Congresswoman Alma Adams were also in attendance as they got a closer idea of what infrastructure upgrades are needed in Charlotte. The city is working on a multi-billion-dollar plan to upgrade public transportation and alleviate traffic and congestion.
