He was convicted of armed robbery back in 2006 and sentenced to 23 years in prison.
Horton has always maintained his innocence and thanks to new DNA evidence, he will get that chance to prove it with a new trial.
He was released from prison late last week as he awaits his day in court.
Horton along with his attorney Brian Howe from the Ohio Innocence Project join Yodit Tewolde on “Making the Case” to discuss.
