Protesters marched in the city over the weekend calling for an end to such warrants. Jenyne Donaldson notes that body camera footage shows officers had only been in Locke’s home for about 10 seconds before firing at least three shots. Locke was not named in the warrant and had no criminal history. Justice correspondent Candace Kelley joins “Start Your Day” to address legal concerns of no-knock warrants.
