Flores claims the NFL’s hiring practices are discriminatory and that his interview with the New York Giants for a head coaching position was just a ploy to make the hiring process appear more fair and diverse.
As of today, there’s only two Black head coaches among 32 teams in the league where nearly 70% of the players are Black.
